with a Gentle Qi Gong Practice
The practice period starts with a guided meditation to create a grounded awareness into the body to bring harmony, relaxation and ease. From this place of grounded awareness we begin our mindful movement using the ancient energy practice of Qi Gong. This mindful attention to gentle movement aligns body and mind; leaving you with a sense of grounded and balanced vitality.
This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
